Process Engineer-EPC Oil and Gas - 8 to 15 years-NoidaLocation - NoidaYour future employerOur client is a top-tier EPC company that designs and builds some of the largest and most complex industrial facilities in the world.Requirements:Job description for Process Engineer Experience in Process design and engineering:Process engineer experience should be in line as describedDevelopment and review of P&IDs, PFD\'s and FDSs Calculations of CV, Utilities, line sizing, heat load, heat mass balance etc. Safety valve and vent valve calculation and its sizing.Knowledge on different instruments.Knowledge on SOX and NOX. Coiling and Insulation calculation and sizing.Preparation and review of process data sheets and equipment lists.Understanding of various type of valves, pumps, compression fan etc.Experience and knowledge reviewing of MSD\'s, Piping equipment Layout etc.Preparation of Document Applicability Matrix (Document standard list) for Package equipment.Experience and knowledge of design and engineering of stack and chimney as per IS /ASME /EN code applicable.Knowledge of preparation of manuals for operation, installation and maintenance of process equipment. Case study and HAZOP of systems.Water system and its line sizing and designing.
