- Strategic Input - Liaison with FM and GM, being assisted in the development of strategic plans for operational and production activity. Implement and manage production plans.

- To carry out all instructions laid out by the PM.
- To complete all the tasks/assignments on time as identified BY PM.
- To liaise with the QC and Screening operators to make sure the quality is as required and trouble shoot if necessary.
- To maintain yield/outputs and the required targets in the VAP and Packing entrusted with and be quality conscious at all times.
- To maintain the correct Protocol in the mixer and control the quality parameters as required.
- To maintain Daily Production Charts and Books/Store Keeping of materials and their proper issues.
- To explain to your subordinates staff all instructions laid out and follow up as and when necessary to make sure the expected results are achieved at all times.
- To maintain a safe & high standard of House Keeping in your work area in the factory and its premises.
- To assist / co-operate Shift In charge /PM to ensure the quality objectives are achieved on time, whenever identified for your activities.
- To abide by the Policies of the company and make sure utmost secret is maintained on technology maintained by this company.
- Understand all facets of the waste water treatment operations and equipment. Must be capable of running the plant effectively in the day-to-day operations and respond appropriately in emergency situations
- Monitor and conduct environmental investigations relating to the operations of WTP, making recommendations and implementing environmental regulatory compliance actions with concurrence of process head.
- Communicate in a professional manner with regulatory and other outside agencies concerning operations compliance of the wastewater facilities.
- Co-ordinate with QC for performing tests and chemical analysis on water batches to determine proper chemical dosage and control application for treatment processes
- Oversees plant upgrade/expansion construction. Supervises monitors and adjusts daily water treatment and production to compensate.
- Answers queries and complaints of customers concerning water quality.
- Performs other duties and functions as required or assigned within area of expertise or scope of the position.
- You will report to the Shift In charge/PM.
