Manufacturing Process Engineer with knowledge in wire harness process (crimping, wire
preparation, soldering, ultrasonic splicing/welding, harness protection)
MAIN DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES ...\xef\x82\xb7 Process Failure Mode & Effect Analysis (PFMEA), Process Flow Chart (PFC), and Work
Instructions (W.I) preparation.
\xef\x82\xb7 Tool & Fixture development for process improvement.
\xef\x82\xb7 Establish manufacturing standards and controls during sample development and
production run.
\xef\x82\xb7 Reviewing and understanding process and product requirements for regular production
and transfer products.
\xef\x82\xb7 Interface with Manufacturing Engineers of various sites during product transfers.
\xef\x82\xb7 Receiving, understanding and organizing all manufacturing equipment detail during
product transfers and NPD.
\xef\x82\xb7 Analysis and identify potential failure and plan corrective actions (Process and Quality
improvements)
\xef\x82\xb7 To coordinate with NPI team for sample build and productionisation of new products.
\xef\x82\xb7 Support Project Manager on various assignments.
\xef\x82\xb7 Any other responsibilities that the Management may entrust from time to time.
