Job Description

JD: Process Engineering: Covers jobs responsible for developing, improving and optimizing processes environments. Develops process standards related to formulation and other metrics. Troubleshoots issues and performs Root Cause Analysis, and resolve difficult process and engineering issues. In this role, you will: Develop and lead redesign initiatives that encompass analyses and future state redesigns Manage assigned complex initiatives involving multiple business process segments to identify risks Complete and lead integrated process analyses, identifying procedural and control deficiencies, opportunities, and recommending solutions Capture and validate process inventory attribute details to ensure accuracy and completeness Update any existing processes requiring further documentation at an activity level to ensure complete risk and control coverage Facilitate Risk and Control service modeling sessions to validate and update the service model and associated process inventory database Perform Risk Control Self-Assessment to ensure comprehensive risk and control identification against the business operating environment Consult with team to understand, influence, adapt research, and create alternatives for consideration, drive results, and bring issues to resolution Make decisions and resolve issues to meet business objectives Interpret policies, procedures, and compliance requirements Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues, and managers to resolve issues and achieve goals Interact with internal customers Receive direction from leaders and exercise independent judgment while developing the knowledge to understand function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements Required Qualifications: 8 to 13 years of Process Documentation / Process Engineering experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education Required Qualifications, International: Experience in Process Engineering, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education Qualifications: Six Sigma Black Belt Certified Banking Domain Experience (Good to have)
