We are seeking a highly motivated Entry-Level Process Engineer to join our dynamic Operations team. As part of the Operations team, you will play a crucial role in supporting manufacturing, supply chain, and logistics operations. Your responsibilities will include process development, optimization, and troubleshooting to ensure efficient and effective operations across all areas. Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with senior engineers and cross-functional teams to develop, implement, and optimize manufacturing processes, supply chain strategies, and logistics operations.
• Conduct analysis of process data, supply chain metrics, and logistics performance to identify areas for improvement and efficiency gains.
• Assist in the design and implementation of experiments to test process modifications, supply chain optimizations, or new logistics solutions.
• Perform process troubleshooting, supply chain risk assessment, and logistics route optimization to identify causes of issues and implement corrective actions.
• Participate in process validation activities, supply chain audits, and logistics planning to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and customer expectations.
• Generate technical documentation, including process specifications, supply chain SOPs, logistics plans, and reports.
• Provide support to production personnel, supply chain managers, and logistics coordinators to ensure smooth operation of manufacturing processes, supply chain activities, and logistics operations.
• Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in process engineering, supply chain management, and logistics technologies.


Requirements

Expected Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:



• Good technical aptitude and communication skills.
• Good problem-solving abilities.
• Fluent in English. Multilingual is preferable.
• Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
• Good presentation skills.
• Should be able to travel for business purposes.
• Should have knowledge of Engineering Principles, Manufacturing Processes, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, and Regulatory Compliance.
• Should have knowledge of tools such as Microsoft Excel, Statistical Analysis Software, Process Simulation Software, Supply Chain Management Software, and Logistics Software
Expected Qualification:

• Completed Bachelor or Master degree with minimum 7.0 CGPA in one of the below disciplines:

• Mechanical Engineering
• Industrial Engineering
• Production Engineering
• Process Engineering
• Freshers are eligible to apply
• Maximum total experience should not exceed 1 year .


Benefits

• Salary: INR 25,000/month for Bachelors degree holders and INR 30,000/month for Master degree holders in the first 6 months probation period.
