In this role, you will be responsible for all the activities related to reporting, analyzing the data subsets, creating of dashboards and P&L

• Understand business requirements in BI context and design data models to transform raw data into meaningful insights
• Create dashboards and interactive visual reports using Power BI
• Identify key performance indicators (KPIs) with clear objectives and consistently monitor those Analyzing data and present data through reports that aid decision-making
• Convert business requirements into technical specifications and decide timeline to accomplish
• Create relationships between data and develop tabular and other multidimensional data models
• Chart creation and data documentation explaining algorithms, parameters, models, and relations
• Design, develop, test, and deploy Power BI scripts and perform detailed analytics
• Proficient in making DAX queries in Power BI desktop.
• Expertise in using advance level calculations on the data set.
• Redefine and make technical/strategic changes to enhance existing Business Intelligence systems
• Create customize charts and custom calculations as per requirements
• Design, develop and deploy business intelligence solutions as per needs
• SQL querying for best results, use of filters and graphs for better understanding of data
• Work with users and team members at all levels for performance improvement and suggestions
• Building Analysis Services reporting models.
• Connecting to data sources, importing data, and transforming data for Business Intelligence.
• Excellent in analytical thinking for translating data into informative visuals and reports.
• Able to implement row level security on data and understand application security layer models in Power BI.
• Responsible for design methodology and project documentation.
• Adept in developing, publishing, and scheduling Power BI reports as per the business requirements.
• Able to properly understand the business requirements and develop data models accordingly by taking care of the resources.
• Should have knowledge and experience in prototyping, designing, and requirement analysis.
• Should have knowledge and skills for secondary tools such as Microsoft Azure SQL, M-Code etc.
• Able to integrate Power BI reports into other applications using embedded analytics like Power BI service (SaaS). Also, one must be experienced in developing custom visuals for PowerBI.
• Good Knowledge on M-Code functions used in Power Query.
• Good troubleshooting skills on PowerBI Service-related issues.

Minimum qualifications

• Any Graduate
• -Preferred Qualifications - PowerBI, Basic understanding of Lean, Six Sigma, ITIL, ability to work with Microsoft office suite, Visio, Advance Excel,SQL

• Excellent analytical skills & attention to detail
• Customer management exposure and good presentation skills is a must
• Ability to lead calls with clients / other business function independently
• Should have excellent client handling skills
• Ability to handle pressure - Timelines and Customer Demands
• Self-motivated and execution oriented
• Team worker and should have people/peer management experience
• High MS-Office skills (Advanced excel preferred)
• Should be capable of handling lots of data in an efficient and effective manner.
• LEAN/Six Sigma Trained, Tested & Certified (preferred)
• Knowledge of Forecasting techniques would be an added advantage
• Leads by example with High Value and Integrity
