Inviting applications for the role of Process Developerxe2x80x93 Tactical Sourcing
Responsible for the tactical sourcing of purchasing requirements on an ad-hoc basis and for co-ordinating those activities.
Responsibilities

• To source Indirect Spend categories
• To drive initiatives to increase savings achievements
• To be able to proactively identify opportunities for negotiations, for better pricing or contractual terms
• To benchmark existing prices against historical or external market price
• To perform basic spend analytics in order to identify best available market price for the ongoing project.
• To support with tools/knowledge & expertise other junior team members during ad hoc tactical sourcing negotiations
• To liaise with the customers to understand their requirements and close them in the given time frame
• To rate and manage performance of suppliers and to ensure supplier performance of negotiated contracts
• To ensure that the purchased services are delivered as per the contractual agreement (SLA, KPI, etc)
• To ensure that appropriate other functions/organizations support the sourcing strategy and resource its execution.
• To carry out all reporting requirements accurately and within the specified time scales
• To proactively engage into internal initiatives with the purpose of increasing knowledge & expertise on specific commodities or sourcing related activities
• It will be an individual contributor role
• Will be dealing with suppliers globally
• Will be responsible for savings targets, timely deliveries, Customer Satisfaction, opportunity identifications
• Should be able to effectively manage internal / external customers & stake holders

Qualifications we seek in you!
Minimum Qualifications / Skills
o Graduation in any discipline (Pref B.Tech or any other tech/non-tech degree with computer course/certification/diploma)
o Have strong interpersonal skills, verbal and written communication skills
o Previous Procurement experience
o Familiarity with one ERP or eProcurement tool
o Good Analytical / Commercial Skills, Strong Communication & Interpersonal Skills
o Need to be strong team player
o Excellent communication skills will be required as the person will have to communicate with suppliers all over the world
o Should be excellent in Excel in addition to having good working knowledge of MS Word and Power Point
o English language capability to Intermediate level
o Has followed development path in the Sourcing or Negotiations area (participation in the past 12 months to at least 1 domain specialized training).Preferred Qualifications/ Skillso Effective understanding skills
o Previous experience in Tactical/Strategic negotiations (it can be purchasing or sales)
o Good to have category knowledge for at least one commodity (e.g. IT products & Services, Marketing, Corporate Services)
o Good to have Analytical skills
