•Inviting applications for the role of Process Developer, Insurance Operations•

•In this role, you will be responsible for listening to the pre-recorded audios and convert it into work documents which is a conversation between insurance company representatives and a person who is somehow related to the claim/accident/event.•

• •Must have a good listening skill•
• •Minimum of year of experience of transcribing the audio files into written document•
• •Good command on English language- Reading & Writing•

•Responsibilities•

• •Processing 55 minutes of audio into word document every day•
• •Maintaining good accuracy•
• •Ability to proofread first level processed files•
• •Good command on English language- Reading & Writing•
• •Full ownership of the task from pulling from the queue to uploading it on the tool•
