Powered by our purpose - the relentless pursuit of a world that works better for people - we serve and transform leading enterprises, including the Fortune Global 500, with our deep business and industry knowledge, digital operations services, and expertise in data, technology, and AI.Inviting applications for the role of Process Associate/Process Developer for Sourcing and procurementThe role will likely work across a variety of categories so will need to demonstrate a broad range of Indirect category knowledge and be able to work dynamically and flexibly with a broad range of SMEs (Subject Matter Experts) in sourcing across the Client business.Responsibilities\xc2\xb7 Running compliance checks on all free text PR (Purchase Requisition) incoming via Fusion; create POs post successful compliance checks\xc2\xb7 Route PRs via approved Buying Channels (catalogs or Smart-forms) and preferred vendors\xc2\xb7 Handling inquiries from internal customers as well as from external vendors and delivering professional, helpful, high quality service and assistance before, during, and after the customer's requirements are met\xc2\xb7 Maintaining clear records of customer interactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, and comments, as well as actions taken\xc2\xb7 Maintaining and updating content in Fusion for category cards, catalogs, preferred vendors, Smart-forms, to ensure accurate content that is easily accessible to all our business partners.\xc2\xb7 Analyze and solve business problems at their root. Perform analysis on weekly and monthly spend data, process inflow, requisition and purchase order related queries to identify root causes and work towards reducing the defect rate.\xc2\xb7 Build and manage key stakeholder relationships and adapt existing data and digital solutions/technologies e.g. RCA/ RPA Methodology development. Follow established methods on projects & drive operational controls for all projects and teams.\xc2\xb7 Supervising generic email box for incoming queries as well as resolving them as per the agreed SLAs.\xc2\xb7 Keep track of all requests received, either through ticket or manual tracker, for efficiency and follow-up purposes.\xc2\xb7 Follow-up with requesters/co-functional teams to provide quick resolutions.\xc2\xb7 Following-up up with suppliers/vendors whenever required.\xc2\xb7 Provide periodic updates to users/impacted parties on the status of the ticket/issue raised;\xc2\xb7 Transfer/raise/coordinate inquiries to appropriate teams for resolution\xc2\xb7 Find opportunities to improve or to streamline the process\xc2\xb7 Proactively take action and identify Continuous Improvement opportunities.Qualifications we seek in you!Minimum Qualifications\xc2\xb7 Relevant years of post-qualification experience in Procurement Operations\xc2\xb7 Strong Stakeholder Relationship Management focus (both Internal / External). Strong interpersonal skills including written and oral communication skills.\xc2\xb7 Excellent Microsoft Office skills, including a strong working knowledge of Excel (Creating Pivots / Filters / Charts etc)\xc2\xb7 Problem solving ability.
