Mass Uploads / Restructures;Managing Cost Centres;Mass data uploads Transformation of data with interfaces (CI), large restructures, reconciliation of data; andAutomation support and oversightQualifications we seek in you!Minimum qualificationsGraduate of any 3-year course;Preferred qualificationsExcellent Communication Skills (verbal & written)Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills as well as attention to detail;Collaboration skills (with operations, support functions, and internal external clients)Ability to manage client queries related to Core HR processes; andAt least 18 months relevant HRIS/Data Management experience, preferably in an Australian shared services setupGenpact is an Equal Opportunity Employer and considers applicants for all positions
