• Process Management: Oversee and drive the processes established during workshops, ensuring all tasks are completed on time.
• Follow-Up: Regularly follow up with staff members to monitor progress and ensure the completion of assigned tasks.
• Issue Escalation: Identify any delays or issues in the process and escalate them to the concerned person promptly.
• Communication: Maintain clear and effective communication with all team members to facilitate smooth workflow.
• Documentation: Keep accurate records of process progress and updates, utilizing Excel for tracking and reporting purposes.
• Coordination: Act as a liaison between different departments to ensure processes are adhered to and goals are met.
