Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and organized Process Coordinator to drive and streamline our processes, ensuring efficient completion of tasks and effective communication with staff. The ideal candidate will be responsible for following up with team members, managing workflow systems created during workshops, and escalating any delays to the appropriate personnel. This role is crucial in maintaining the smooth operation of our processes and ensuring timely task completion.
Key Responsibilities:
• Process Management: Oversee and drive the processes established during workshops, ensuring all tasks are completed on time.
• Follow-Up: Regularly follow up with staff members to monitor progress and ensure the completion of assigned tasks.
• Issue Escalation: Identify any delays or issues in the process and escalate them to the concerned person promptly.
• Communication: Maintain clear and effective communication with all team members to facilitate smooth workflow.
• Documentation: Keep accurate records of process progress and updates, utilizing Excel for tracking and reporting purposes.
• Coordination: Act as a liaison between different departments to ensure processes are adhered to and goals are met.
Qualifications:
• Experience: Freshers or candidates with 1-2 years of experience as a coordinator are welcome to apply.
• Skills:
• Basic working knowledge of Excel for tracking and reporting.
• Excellent organizational and follow-up skills.
• Strong communication abilities, both verbal and written.
• Soft-spoken and approachable demeanor.
• Preference: Female candidates preferred.
• Location: Must live within 45 minutes of the office to ensure timely presence.
Education:
• A background in any field is acceptable; specific domain experience (e.g., manufacturing, trading) is not required.
