We are currently seeking a dynamic and motivated Process Co- Ordinator to join our team and contribute to our continued success.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Process Coordinator to join our dynamic team in the immigration industry. This entry-level position is ideal for recent graduates or individuals with up to one year of experience who are eager to develop their skills in processing immigration applications and supporting clients in their journey to work and live abroad.

Key Responsibilities:

• Application Processing: Assist in the preparation and submission of immigration applications and documents for clients seeking to relocate internationally.
• Client Communication: Maintain clear and effective communication with clients, providing updates on their application status and answering any inquiries.
• Document Management: Organize and maintain client files and documentation, ensuring accuracy and compliance with immigration regulations.
• Data Entry: Accurately input and update client information in our database, ensuring confidentiality and data integrity.
• Reporting: Assist in maintaining reports and tracking application progress to ensure timely processing.
• Keeping up-to-date with the industry changes and any alterations to the immigration laws.
• Keeping clients up-to-date with their immigration status and communicating any foreseeable delays.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field preferred.
• 0 to 1 year of experience in the immigration industry or related fields.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• A proactive attitude and willingness to learn about immigration processes and regulations.

Preferred Skills:

• Familiarity with immigration application processes for international companies.
• Basic understanding of different countries' immigration policies and procedures.
• Experience in customer service or client-facing roles.
• Languages Known:- Hindi, Telugu & English
