Job Description

Hiring For Process Coordinator -

Handles the client onboarding process.

Sets up project files, documentation, and schedules initial meetings. Ensures all required resources are allocated.

Allocates tasks to relevant departments and team members.

Monitors deadlines and quality of deliverables.

Maintains an ongoing checklist of tasks and their status.

Assists with preparing for client meetings, ensuring any necessary reports or documentation are ready.

Record MOM and follow up on meeting outcomes and client requests.

Ensures invoices are generated and sent as per the schedule.

Follows up on payments and records any discrepancies or delays.

Keeps records of out-of-scope tasks and ensures they are billed accordingly.

Handles any escalations from the client or internal teams.

Raises help tickets and track resolution.

Keep a record of all help tickets raised.

Participate in regular meetings to discuss challenges, successes, and opportunities for process improvement.

Leadership and teamwork.

Maintaining daily, weekly & monthly reports.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?10,000.00 - ?20,000.00 per month

Jadwal:

• Day shift
• Monday to Friday
