Roles and Responsibilities (Process): \xef\x83\x98 Supervision of Google Sheets and MIS Reports: \xef\x82\xb7 Monitor the regular updating of Google Sheets and MIS reports by all departments. \xef\x82\xb7 Ensure reports are accurately maintained and reflect real-time data. \xef\x82\xb7 Send gentle reminders and follow up with departments to update sheets and reports as needed. \xef\x83\x98 Coordination of Assigned Tasks:

• Track and follow up on tasks assigned by the MD to team members.

• Ensure timely completion of tasks through coordination and support.

\xef\x83\x98 Help Ticket Management:

• Facilitate inter-departmental assistance by managing help tickets.

• Align the concerned personnel from different departments to resolve issues.

• Ensure issues are resolved promptly and help tickets are closed efficiently.

\xef\x83\x98 Communication and Follow-Up:

• Maintain clear and effective communication with all departments.

• Exhibit patience and good follow-up skills to ensure compliance with

reporting and task completion \xef\x83\x98 Reporting and Feedback:

• Provide regular updates to the MD on the status of reports, tasks, and help
