Job Summary :The Process Coordinator will be responsible for ensuring that business processes are running smoothly and efficiently. The role involves managing workflows, coordinating between teams, and ensuring compliance with internal and external standards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Monitor and optimize existing business processes to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
• Coordinate activities between different departments to ensure seamless operations.
• Assist in developing and documenting new processes, procedures, and workflows.
• Track project milestones and Co ordinate with MIS Team.
• Giving regular updates on process improvements.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to process breakdowns.
• Generate reports on process performance and suggest areas for improvement.
Qualifications:
• 10th/PUC/Degree (Fail/Pass).
• 0-6 months of experience in any Field.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in process management tools (e.g., Basic MS Office, Basic Computer Knowledge).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Salary - 10,000 to 15,000 per month
• 6 Days of working (Saturday is Work from Home)
• 10AM to 7PM Office Time
