We are looking for a Process Coordinator who will play a pivotal role in ensuring that our policies, SOPs, and processes are implemented seamlessly, helping us achieve operational efficiency and maintain our standards of excellence.

As a Process Coordinator , you will be the backbone of our operational processes, ensuring that every department adheres to the company's established policies and SOPs. You will collaborate with various teams to monitor and drive compliance, identify gaps, and deliver actionable reports to senior management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Policy & Process Implementation: Coordinate the implementation of all company policies, SOPs, and workflows across departments, ensuring adherence and consistency.
• Compliance Monitoring: Conduct regular audits to verify process compliance and identify deviations or inefficiencies.
• Reporting & Analysis: Prepare detailed progress reports summarizing adherence levels, issues, and actionable recommendations for improvement.
• Deviation Management: Highlight any process deviations or operational issues to senior management and propose solutions for timely resolution.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with department heads to ensure inter-departmental dependencies are addressed and aligned with business goals.
• Continuous Improvement: Support the development of new policies and SOPs to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.

Qualifications:

• MBA in Business Administration, Operations, or a related field (mandatory).
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in real estate, construction, or related industries.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in preparing reports and using tracking tools to monitor progress and compliance.

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
