Job Description

Position Overview: The Process Coordinator is responsible for overseeing and optimizing daily operational processes within the organization. The role involves coordinating activities between departments, managing schedules, monitoring performance, and ensuring that all processes run efficiently and according to company standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process Management: Oversee daily operations, ensuring processes are followed accurately and efficiently. Monitor workflow and identify areas for improvement.
• Coordination: Collaborate with different departments to streamline operations and resolve issues. Act as the main point of contact for any process-related inquiries.
• Scheduling: Manage the scheduling of resources, labor, and production timelines to ensure smooth execution.
• Performance Monitoring: Track team and process performance, providing regular updates and reports to management.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate records of processes, procedures, and compliance standards.
• Problem-Solving: Address operational challenges and implement solutions to prevent delays or disruptions in workflow.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?12,000.00 - ?15,000.00 per month
