Key Responsibilities:
• Process Management: Develop, implement, and maintain efficient processes to ensure smooth workflow across teams.
• Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and drive initiatives.
• Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive process documentation and training materials.
• Communication: Act as a liaison between departments to ensure alignment and clarity in processes.
• Problem-Solving: Identify process bottlenecks and recommend solutions to enhance productivity and efficiency.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
• Proven experience in process coordination or a similar role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
