Key Responsibilities:
• Follow up with clients for new inquiries through calls and emails.
• Build and maintain positive client relationships.
• Draft and send offers and quotations to clients.
• Manage sales orders and ensure proper qualification and approval.
• Update and maintain client data and communication records in the ERP system
• Communicate with clients via email and phone to ensure timely updates.
• Perform internet-based research to find relevant data and solutions for client requirements.
• Support the team with administrative and process coordination tasks.
Skills & Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Email communication.
• Proficiency in Hindi & English with strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Knowledge of internet usage for data finding.
• Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
• Presentable and professional appearance.
• Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently.

Pay: ?10,000.00 - ?15,000.00 per month
