Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate tasks with all departments to ensure timely completion.
Follow up regularly with team members to track task progress and resolve any issues.
Send reminders to teams and individuals to prevent delays and ensure deadlines are met.
Maintain records of any delays, troubleshoot, and take action to minimize disruptions.
Handle incoming calls, answer queries, and redirect calls to the appropriate departments.
Provide assistance to clients or stakeholders by addressing their inquiries promptly.
Ensure smooth workflow and communication across all departments.
Report task status, delays, and process improvements to management.
Skills Required:
Excellent follow-up and time management skills.
Strong organizational abilities to manage tasks and queries effectively.
Attention to detail to track progress and prevent delays.
Good communication skills for handling calls and coordinating with teams.
Basic computer skills (MS Office).
Ability to multitask and manage calls while maintaining workflow efficiency.
