Job Description

Process Controller

? Oversee the entire distribution process from order receipt to delivery.

? Ensure all processes are operating efficiently and within specified parameters.

? Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and implement improvements as needed.

? Ensure timely and accurate processing of online book orders.

? Coordinate with the warehouse and logistics teams to ensure on-time delivery.

? Conduct regular checks to identify and rectify discrepancies.

? Prepare and present reports on process efficiency, order accuracy, and delivery performance.

? Work closely with customer service, logistics, and operation teams to ensure seamless operations.

? Communicate effectively with team members and management.

? Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes.

? Stay updated on industry best practices and new technologies.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?25,000.00 - ?30,000.00 per month
