  • Review systems and processes across multiple sites to ensure customization aligns with site-specific requirements.
  • Implement and promote best practices in housekeeping, creating case studies of successful implementations across sites.
Hygiene Audit and Compliance:
  • Prepare and execute audit plans, conducting critical hygiene and horticulture audits at various locations.
  • Ensure the implementation of a 52-week deep cleaning schedule across all sites.
  • Conduct time and motion studies in housekeeping services, providing customized job cards to housekeepers.
  • Ensure safe use of housekeeping chemicals and maintain MSDS for all materials across sites.
Innovation and Customer Experience:
  • Develop and implement innovations to enhance customer experience across all sites.
  • Promote and maximize the use of eco-friendly materials and sustainable practices in housekeeping at a national level.
Continuous Improvement:
  • Lead continuous improvement plans in housekeeping across multiple sites.
  • Implement 5S methodology at sites, particularly in housekeeping stores and offices.
  • Ensure technology tools are implemented for hygiene operations at all locations.
Business Support and Transition:
  • Conduct business surveys and due diligence to support transitions of new businesses nationwide.
  • Contribute to RFPs, bid proposals, contracts, Scope of Work finalization, and other aspects of engineering operations on a national scale.
Horticulture Management:
  • Ensure best practices are followed in management across all sites.
  • Oversee horticulture improvements at various sites.
  • Guide site teams on various cleaning activities such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, and polishing.
Who are we looking for?Education:
  • Bachelors degree in hotel management or relevant fields.
  • 8+ years of experience in hospitality and housekeeping.
Skills:
  • Proven experience in a similar role within the housekeeping or facilities management industry, managing multiple sites.
  • Strong knowledge of eco-friendly and sustainable housekeeping practices.
  • Excellent auditing and process review skills applicable across a wide range of locations.
  • Ability to lead continuous improvement initiatives and implement innovative solutions on a national scale.
  • Strong communication and team management skills to coordinate with multiple site teams.
  • Knowledge of 5S methodology and experience in its implementation.
  • Proficiency in using technology tools for hygiene operations.
  • Understanding of MSDS and safe chemical usage practices.
