Reporting to the Team Manager, the Process Champions - Operations in Health/Wealth Administration team is responsible for -
Responsibilities
\xe2\x80\xa2 Processing and Quality checking.
\xe2\x80\xa2 Process reporting and training.
\xe2\x80\xa2 Queue Allocation & Management.
\xe2\x80\xa2 Update SOPs and other process documents.
\xe2\x80\xa2 Ensuring compliance of all internal policies.
\xe2\x80\xa2 Process improvement.
\xe2\x80\xa2 Providing timely updates to Assistant Manager and onshore counterparts
