Job Title: Process Associate Tax Process (US Mortgage)

Responsibilities:

• Performing advanced data analysis & data interpretation along with process improvements, finding queries &consolidates results.
• Performing tax research on properties and obtaining the details that are required by the client.
• Preparation of tax certicates based on the information collected and maintain 100% quality & accuracy.
• Verify the accurate details and provide the client
• Verifying taxes from the US tax collectors and meeting the quality goal.

Qualification:

Required

• Proficient in MS office suite
• Minimum 1-2+ years of experience working in US mortgage (Tax) process.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Good attention to detail and the ability to meet established deadlines

Education Qualification:

• Undergraduate or graduates in any field

Additional information:

• Candidates who are nearby to office location (Kalyan Nagar, HRBR Layout, Nagawara, Horamavu) (1-2 km range) or those who are willing to relocate somewhere nearby to the office are preferred
• Candidates have to work the US shift (5.30 pm - 2.30 am or 6.30 pm - 3.30 am)
• Candidates have to work from the office
• Candidates must have personal transportation (as a cab/transportation facility won't be provided)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?200,000.00 - ?500,000.00 per year
