Responsibilities:


• Ability to execute assigned activities independently
Ability to independently handle various paralegal activities including patent filing, docketing, office action responses, form preparations, reporting out, sending reminder etc.

Requirements


Educational Qualifications: Any Graduate or Post Graduate Degree





Experience: 1 to 10 years





Skills desired:


• Basic knowledge in IP
• Proficient in US, PCT, Indian patent filing and prosecution activities.
• Hands-on experience in one or more of docketing tools such as IP Manager, Foundation IP, Anaqua, Lecorpio, Memotech, Patricia, etc.
• Exposure/Hands-on experience in patent annuities will be an added advantage.
