•Responsibilities: •

• •Efficiently manage back-office operations and associated non-voice processes.•
• •Manage and address clinician inquiries within designated patient groups.•
• •Maintain communication with clinicians regarding patient-related updates.•
• •Coordinate with clinicians to arrange additional disciplines required for patients.•
• •Ensure timely execution of prescribed patient lab tests by informing and reminding clinicians.•
• •Follow up with clinicians to confirm visits as per schedule.•
• •Organize clinician visit schedules based on the prescribed frequency.•
• •Obtain necessary clinician visit authorizations from relevant authorities.•
• •Initiate discussions with clinicians whenever necessary.•
• •Promptly report escalations to Team Leads in real-time.•
• •Perform any other assigned tasks as needed.•
• •Utilize analytical skills for database management and time-sensitive tasks.•
• •Possess excellent English communication skills for effective coordination.•
• •Maintain quality and standards in all non-medical processes.•
• •Show accountability and adaptability to perform night shifts from our office at Elippode, Trivandrum.•

• •Bachelor's degree or Diploma•
• •Freshers and experienced may apply•
• •Excellent English communication skills and efficient responsive behavior.•
• •Strong analytical and database management skills.•
• •Willing to work night shift from our office at Elippode, Trivandrum.•
