Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized US Process Associate to join our team on the night shift. As a US Process Associate, you will play a critical role in supporting our US-based operations, ensuring timely and accurate processing of transactions, and providing exceptional customer service.Key Responsibilities

• Process Transactions : Process transactions accurately and efficiently, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Customer Service : Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, or chat, resolving customer inquiries and issues promptly.
• Data Entry : Perform data entry tasks with high accuracy, ensuring attention to detail and adherence to quality standards.
• Problem-Solving : Identify and resolve process-related issues, escalating complex problems to senior team members or management as needed.
• Quality Control : Perform quality control checks to ensure accuracy and completeness of processed transactions.
• Team Collaboration : Collaborate with team members to achieve shared goals, objectives, and service level agreements (SLAs).
• Adherence to Processes : Adhere to established processes, procedures, and guidelines, identifying opportunities for process improvements.

Requirements

• Education : High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
• Experience : 0-2 years of experience in a related field, such as customer service, data entry, or operations.
• Skills :
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
• Ability to work accurately in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
• Ability to work night shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Other Requirements :
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and processes.
