Process Associate Title Search
Job Description
We are looking for Title Searchers with 2-5 years of experience.
Job Responsibilities:
Should have experience in Netro Online.
Knowledge of subscription sites and paid applications.
Knowledge of retrieving and validating taxes.
Should have a good understanding of PI, GI, and Grantor/Grantee.
Experience in identifying various postings in the index and PI/GI. Able to match the Title Chain, identify FVD and vesting information.
Should have good knowledge to check encumbrance documents and foreclosure procedures.
Having an idea on validating Judgements, Bankruptcies, Probate, Divorce cases, etc.
Should be well versed with title documents, search packages & terminologies.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ?25,000.00 - ?35,000.00 per month
Schedule:
• Monday to Friday
• Rotational shift
Ability to commute/relocate:
• Banaswadi, Bengaluru, Karnataka: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
