In this role need to provide Level 1 support services with knowledge of Technical/Service desk.

- Provide technical support on Calls/Chats
- Windows & MAC troubleshooting
- Active Directory
- Basic Networking
- Win NT/2000
- MS Office 2007, 2010. O365
Minimum Qualifications / Skills
- Bachelor\'s Degree required
- Equivalent to bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree
- Good written and presentation
- verbal communication skills with experience of customer interfacing role
- In-depth requirement understanding skills
- good analytical and problem-solving ability
- interpersonal efficiency, and positive attitude
