Job Description

As a Process Associate, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service within our dynamic and fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for handling customer inquiries and resolving issues across various communication channels, contributing directly to the company's success in delivering outstanding customer experiences.

Responsibilities:



Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat. Resolve customer issues efficiently and effectively. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions. Adhere to company policies and procedures. Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless customer service. Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills. Contribute to a positive and supportive team environment.

Qualifications:



Minimum 6 months of work experience (preferred). Bachelor's Degree or Undergraduate dropout. Excellent written and spoken communication skills. Proficiency in business technical writing. Willingness to work in a 24/7 rotational shift contact center environment (including night shifts). Openness to working in a blended environment (Voice & Chat/Email).

Bonus Points:



Prior experience in the travel or BPO industry. Familiarity with AI-powered customer service tools.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?240,000.00 - ?360,000.00 per year
