Rologics InfoLabs Pvt Ltd, a leading provider of Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) services, is looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented

Process Associate

to join our growing team. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting daily operations, managing tasks and processes efficiently, ensuring the delivery of high-quality services, and contributing to the overall success of client projects. This is a non-technical position ideal for individuals with strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities:



Process Management

: Manage day-to-day client processes with a focus on accuracy and timely execution, adhering to established procedures and workflows to meet performance metrics.

Data Entry & Processing

: Accurately enter and manage data within company systems, ensuring data integrity by verifying its accuracy and resolving discrepancies.

Customer Service Support

: Respond to internal and external queries, providing timely, accurate information while collaborating with other departments to address issues and ensure smooth operations.

Documentation & Reporting

: Maintain precise records of completed tasks and process documentation. Generate reports as required, ensuring compliance with company policies.

Quality Assurance

: Evaluate processes for adherence to quality standards, identify improvement opportunities, and suggest enhancements to boost efficiency and effectiveness.

Collaboration

: Work with cross-functional teams to ensure processes meet client expectations and align with organizational goals.

Process Improvement

: Help identify gaps in processes and contribute to the development of best practices, efficiency improvements, and cost-reduction initiatives.

Compliance

: Perform all tasks in compliance with regulatory guidelines and company policies.

Requirements:



Education

: Bachelor's degree in BSC, BTech, MCA, or any related discipline, or equivalent work experience.

Experience

: 0-2 years of relevant experience.

Skills

: Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency in Google Sheets and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel). Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Ability to work well in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
