Process Associates

for a blended (voice & chat/email) process. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, strong problem-solving abilities, and a customer-first approach. This role requires working in a fast-paced contact center environment, handling customer queries efficiently while ensuring high service quality.

Key Responsibilities:

Utilize various computer applications to manage customer interactions effectively. Handle customer queries via voice and chat, ensuring timely and satisfactory resolutions. Collaborate with customers, clients, and vendors, escalating concerns to the appropriate teams when necessary. Adhere to company and contact center policies, maintaining service excellence. Attend training sessions to enhance job performance and customer satisfaction. Complete tasks assigned by management to support overall business operations.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Education:

Bachelor's Degree or Undergraduate (Dropouts Considered).

Experience:

Minimum 6 months in BPO or travel industry preferred. Strong verbal and written communication skills, including business and technical writing. High energy, integrity, and strong work ethics. Proficiency in computer applications. Willing to work in a 24/7 rotational shift environment, including night shifts.
