Inviting applications for the role of Process Associate/Process Developer, Insurance The positions operate in a dynamic and deadline driven environment and are well suited to those with strong processing skills and a positive, \xe2\x80\x98can do\xe2\x80\x9d attitude. The candidate must also, be willing to work flexible and varying shifts through the year and must react positively and effectively to needs of handling volume spikes. Responsibilities: \xe2\x80\xa2 Transaction processing according to standard work & SOP \xe2\x80\xa2 Prioritize transactions according to documented guidelines to meet SLA \xe2\x80\xa2 Plans and organizes tasks and work responsibilities to achieve objectives \xe2\x80\xa2 Comprehending and responding to customer inquiries.
