Job Description
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Calling to customers professionally and responding to customer inquiries.
- Handling and resolving customer queries.
- Providing customers with the organization\xe2\x80\x99s service and product information.
- Following up complicated customer calls where required.
- Completing call notes and call reports as necessary and updating them in the CRM.
- Obtaining and evaluating all relevant data to handle inquiries.
- Managing administration, communicating and coordinating with internal departments.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Open availability for 2 shifts:
- Monday to Friday (Sat. Sun. fix off)
- 5 a.m. to 2 p.m. and 2 p.m. to 11 p.m.
- Fresher or experience up to 2years.
- Experience in dealing with the public.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work with others in a close manner.
- Good computer skills.
- Should be having good cricket skills
- Able to convince the client.
- Able to react effectively and calmly in emergencies.
- Able to maintain customer confidentiality.
- Graduate or Under Graduate.
