As we expand, we are looking for a diligent and detail-oriented Process Associate to join our team and ensure that our operational processes run smoothly and efficiently.Role Overview:As a Process Associate at Fotato, you will play a key role in supporting and optimizing our operational processes. You will assist with day-to-day activities related to order processing, inventory management, and logistics coordination. Your attention to detail and problem-solving skills will be crucial in ensuring that all processes are executed accurately and efficiently.Key Responsibilities:

• Order Processing: Manage and process incoming orders, ensuring accuracy and timely fulfillment. Verify order details, coordinate with relevant departments, and resolve any issues related to order discrepancies.

• Inventory Management: Assist in monitoring and managing inventory levels. Track stock movements, perform regular inventory checks, and coordinate with suppliers to ensure adequate stock levels.

• Logistics Coordination: Support logistics operations by coordinating delivery schedules, tracking shipments, and resolving any issues that may arise during the delivery process. Ensure that deliveries are made on time and meet quality standards.

• Process Improvement: Identify areas for process improvement and efficiency. Suggest and implement changes to streamline workflows, reduce errors, and enhance overall operational performance.

• Documentation & Reporting: Maintain accurate records of orders, inventory, and other relevant data. Prepare and submit reports on process performance, inventory levels, and other key metrics to management.

• Customer Service: Address and resolve customer inquiries and complaints related to order fulfillment, delivery issues, and product quality. Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through effective problem-solving and communication.

• Compliance: Ensure that all operational activities comply with company policies, industry regulations, and safety standards. Adhere to best practices and quality control measures.

• Cross-Functional Support: Collaborate with other departments, such as sales, customer service, and IT, to support overall business operations. Provide assistance and support as needed to ensure seamless integration of processes.

• Experience: Previous experience in an operations, logistics, or process support role is preferred. Experience in the food and grocery delivery sector or similar fast-paced environment is a plus.

• Skills: Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in using office software and operational tools. Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

• Education: Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Logistics, or a related field is preferred. Relevant certifications or training in process management are a plus.

• Knowledge: Understanding of order processing, inventory management, and logistics. Familiarity with industry-specific tools and technologies is advantageous.
