•Responsibilities•

• •Monitoring of Azure/AWS instances/servers through monitoring tools like CloudWatch, Oracle enterprise manager, SCOM & New Relic•
• •Addressing basic incidents based on standard operating procedures (SOP) provided.•
• •Good know of operating system, databases & middleware architecture, backup, access and space management.•
• •Experience in Infrastructure and Operations•
• •Good Experience in AWS / Azure Cloud operations•
• •Strong communication and written skills•
• •Experience creating technical documentation.•

•Minimum qualifications / Skills•

•Bachelor's Degree required. Preferably in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field•

•Preferred qualifications / Skills•

•Very good written and presentation / verbal communication skills with experience of customer interfacing role. In-depth requirement understanding skills with good analytical and problem solving ability, interpersonal efficiency, and positive attitude•
