• Experience with Excel

Key job responsibilities
Primary Responsibilities, include but not limited to:
• Responsible for implementation on new and existing SOPs
• Identify operational barriers and dive deep on root causes, provide feedback and innovative solutions to enhance productivity and efficiency
• Support shippers by researching on invoice disputes and providing resolutions within SLA
• Support enterprise shippers through tickets and escalations
• Reconcile invoices and manage credit notes for effective cashflow and transactions
