DESCRIPTION
Amazon Operations primarily consist of Inventory planning & supply chain, warehouse management, transportation, order fulfillment, customer returns & customer service. The tasks handled by operations have a direct impact on customer experience with Amazon.com.
Key job responsibilities
You will work with the Leadership team to improve existing systems or processes or devise new ways and reduce defects to serve Amazon\'s customers better. You will be required to analyze data, interact with cross functional teams, recommend and pilot improvements that will help us serve our customers better, in line with our goal to be the Earth\'s Most Customer Centric Company.
We are open to hiring candidates to work out of one of the following locations:
Bangalore, KA, IND
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- High school or equivalent
- Work a flexible schedule/shift/work area, including weekends, nights, and/or holidays
- Can lift up to 49 pounds, stand/walk during shifts lasting up to 12 hours, and be able to frequently push, pull, squat, bend, and reach
- Work 40 hours/week, and overtime as required
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- 1+ years of Microsoft Office products and applications experience
