Insurance Trainer for India

In these roles you will be responsible for:
  • Creates content for high-end (difficult/complex) topics.
  • Conducts/facilitates training on high-end (difficult/complex) topics.
  • Acts as consultant for respective service lines.
  • Performs analysis to understand client transactions in order to create process improvements.
  • Reviews and standardizes content as well as tailors material for specific situation.

Required Skills for this role include:
  • At least 1 year of experience in a role that required attention to detail, accuracy, and accountability for your work product.
  • At least 1 year of experience in a professional/office related environment (i.e. office support, administrative, clerical, customer service) that required you to communicate (oral/written) effectively in a professional/office setting
  • An education level of at least a high school diploma or GED.
  • Experienced in Training & Should have handled 20+ associates in a batch
  • Experience in Macros, Micros, Conducting session.
  • PPT & Excel.
  • Salesforce experience is an optional
  • Processing experience for insurance product training. .
