Job Title- Process Analyst Location- Bangalore Role Description Operations Execution: Operations Engineering Manager will be responsible for the daily management of a number of intelligent solutions (RPA/RDA/AI/VPBA/Alteryx) through the associated analysts. They ensure that the team and workflow operate in strict adherence to Standard Operating procedures (‘SOP’s) and Operation Level Agreements (OLA’s) and the underlying technology solution is assessed periodically to ensure all controls are adhered to. They will identify the opportunities to enhance the existing solutions and proactively follow to adopt additional regions to the existing solution. They will also actively participate in new solution development discussions. They will act as the primary point of contact for the team and will guide them on all issues Technology Support: The controller will investigate and troubleshoot the issues encountered by the underlying solution to ensure no service disruption to the automated processes. According to the severity, the associate will engage the senior developers, platform engineers and liaise with interface application IT and RPA COE to resolve the issues Others: The associate will report and escalate the operational issues (both technical & business) as per the reporting protocol established in the functional area. Your key responsibilities
  • Responsible for Offboarding pipeline management ensuring consistent level of Account Closures, Position and Activity Checks, SSI's and Account Opening cases are being executed via the bots each day
  • Accountable owners of Blue Prism's PROD environment who are ultimately responsible for ensuring consistent levels of environment uptime is achieved and that any issues are escalated to CoE in a timely manner and are proactively chased until resolved
  • Responsible for all bot maintenance activates such as DoD upkeep, licensing queries, as well as target application password upkeep and including password resets and are proactive in communicating target application GUI changes to development team to allow for code changes to take place prior to any application changes going live
  • Conduct initial L1 support function for all production issues ensuring that an in-depth investigation of any defects / known issues are conducted prior to raising to L2 developer group via JIRA
  • Production of daily processing MI via Tableau to provide senior management team with key insights into pipeline execution, bot utilization, exception rates and downtimes
  • Configure creds in PROD BP, Run processes in PROD BP post stabilization period
  • Review changes post UAT testing & provide sign off to move the code to PROD
  • Creation and upkeep of BOT Controlling artefacts – BOT control procedure, Checklists, BOT handover document
  • Deliver cross-team knowledge sharing and application handovers post-production to provide the rest of the group the flexibility to support certain applications should capacity be stretched
  • The candidate must be willing to learn new technologies and employ them where required and find solutions to the business problems
  • The candidate must thrive to deliver projects at the minimal possible time to meet business requirements
  • Be transparent and escalate issues to stakeholders to find best course of actions
  • Foster an innovative approach to bring in new methods and means
Experience / Exposure
  • Overall experience of at-least 8 years
  • Hands on experience of Robotic Process Automation is essential
  • The candidate must have thorough understanding of Investment banking operations with hand-on experience in at least one operational function
  • Expertise or exposure to multiple intelligent automation tools and allied tools, techniques and methods
  • Experience in JIRA and develop projects using agile methodology
  • Exposure to visualization tools like Tableau are desirable
  • Good experience in managing operational stakeholders and working with such clients
  • Passion to innovate and desire to seek out solutions to problems
  • Proven ability to prioritize competing demands and must be willing and able to work in an agile environment
  • Effective communication skills – to be able to manage relationships with stakeholders virtually.
