:Job Title:Invoice Processing Analyst - STPReports To:Accounts Payable Assistant ManagerContext/Scope:DBSI (Diageo Business Services India) is a multi-functional, multicultural, multi-language Shared Service Centre that handles back-office Finance Transactions for DIAGEO worldwide businesses. As such DBSI is playing a key role in ensuring effective operation with minimum disruption to business in the Purchase to Pay Work StreamThis position will work closely with In Market Company representatives of different levels and departments as well as relevant third parties.Market Complexity:Over 24000-suppliers spread across the world and different tax requirements applicable.Diageo markets acquires supplies from all over the world and this role is encouraged to ensure timely payment in various world currencies using various payments methods.Leadership Responsibilities:Position works in the PTP team and collaboration is important.Purpose of Role:To ensure invoices are accounted within agreed TAT accurately and efficiently and ensure SLA\xe2\x80\x99s are met.Top AccountabilitiesEnd to end responsibility of invoice processing.Process vendor invoices accurately and efficiently.Reviewing each invoice as it comes in, sending it back in case of errors and acknowledging it if in order.Identifying and recommending opportunities for improvement of invoicing termsHandling queries from suppliers related to invoices.Ensure that SLA\xe2\x80\x99s are met as they relate to invoice processing procedures.Proficient with End to End Procure to pay process.Qualifications and Experience Required:QualificationsUniversity graduate, BCom, BBA, BBMExperience4-6 years\xe2\x80\x99 meaningful work experience in a F&A BPO or any other industry in Finance & accounting fieldExperience in End-to-End P2P DomainGood knowledge of P2P process with good communicationCustomer care and team playing skills.Conversant with Purchase to Pay SAP application.Essential Skills:Good understanding of AP processExperience in similar profile.Understanding of accountingCuriosity about understanding and solving problems.Barriers to Success in Role (Optional):Inability to:Adapt readily to change, multitask and work in a team.Communicate, build outstanding relationship and network with all the relevant In market companies partnersLack of PTP process knowledgeWorker Type : RegularPrimary Location: Bangalore Karle Town SEZAdditional Locations :Job Posting Start Date : 2024-07-29
