Job Description


Responsibilities/KPIs :- Develop and maintain strong, trusted relationships with HNI/UHNI clients.- Understand clients\' financial objectives, risk tolerance, and investment preferences to tailor personalized investment strategies/portfolios.- Provide ongoing communication and proactive updates to clients regarding portfolio performance, asset allocation and market developments to identify opportunities & risks.- Stay abreast of industry best practices, regulatory changes, and emerging investment trends to provide informed advice and innovative solutions to clients.- Acquire new clients (via references from existing clients & open market) and Increase engagement of existing clients by providing complete financial planning solutions & portfolio reviews.- Accountable to achieve annual targets on AUM & revenue in the respective geography. Aiming for consistent growth of customer wallet share and book size.- Participate in client meetings, presentations, and educational seminars to showcase the firm\'s capabilities and expertise.Qualifications :- Must have completed an MBA from a premier business school. CFP, CWM, NISM or other relevant certifications preferred.- Minimum of 5 years of experience in investment management, wealth advisory, or related financial services roles.- Good communication & presentation skills. English is mandatory and a command of the local language would be beneficial.- Proven track record of successfully managing investment portfolios for HNI/UHNI clients.- Deep understanding of financial markets, investment products & asset allocation framework.- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients, articulate investment concepts, and deliver compelling presentations.- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple client relationships in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.- Demonstrated commitment to ethical conduct, fiduciary responsibility, and compliance with regulatory requirements.Location : Mumbai (ref:updazz.com)
