Job Overview : We are seeking dedicated and passionate individuals to join our team as Home Tutors. The ideal candidates will be responsible for providing personalized instruction to students in their homes, covering all subjects with a particular emphasis on Maths and Science.

Responsibilities :

• Provide one-on-one tutoring sessions to students in various subjects, with a strong focus on Maths and Science.
• Explain concepts in a clear and understandable manner.
• Help students with homework and test preparation.
• Monitor and track students' progress and provide feedback to parents.
• Maintain a positive and encouraging learning environment.
• Adapt teaching methods to meet the individual needs of each student.

Requirements :

• Graduate in any discipline. Pursuing students and freshers are encouraged to apply.
• Strong knowledge in Maths and Science, along with other subjects.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Patience and ability to engage with students.
• Reliable and punctual.
• Ability to travel to students' homes within Eluru.

Preferred Skills :

• Previous tutoring or teaching experience.
• Familiarity with the local curriculum and exam patterns.
• Ability to use various teaching aids and resources.
