Qualifications and Skills

• Proven experience (4-6 years) in Flexo Printing within a professional setting.
• Expertise in Color Management (Mandatory skill).
• Hands-on experience with Press Operation (Mandatory skill).
• In-depth knowledge of Flexographic Printing Techniques (Mandatory skill).
• Ability to perform Plate Making with precision and efficiency.
• Experience in Ink Mixing to achieve the desired color outcomes.
• Strong Quality Control aptitude for maintaining high standards in print output.
• Capability in Maintenance and Troubleshooting to ensure smooth operation of printing equipment.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Operate flexographic presses to produce printed materials according to job specifications.
• Manage color settings and adjustments to ensure color consistency and quality.
• Prepare printing plates and ink according to job requirements.
• Monitor and inspect printed materials to maintain quality control standards.
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot printing machinery as needed.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and timely completion of print jobs.
• Maintain accurate records of print jobs and equipment maintenance.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies during press operation.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?70,000.00 - ?90,000.00 per month
