The companys technology hub, Inspire Brands Hyderabad Support Center, India, will lead technology innovation and product development for the organization and its portfolio of distinct brands. The Inspire Brands Hyderabad Support Center will focus on developing new capabilities in data science, data analytics, eCommerce, automation, cloud computing, and information security to accelerate the companys business strategy. Inspire Brands Hyderabad Support Center will also host an innovation lab and collaborate with start-ups to develop solutions for productivity optimization, workforce management, loyalty management, payments systems, and more.PURPOSE OF THE POSITION:Maverick Studios is the in-house creative and production agency at Inspire Brands in Atlanta, GA and Hyderabad, India. This rollassistsin thefinalproduction of graphic assets, display and advertising projects.Production designers collaborate with graphic designers and copywriters to format artwork, ensure printand digitalquality standards are met, and will often collect, process and organize files. In general, a production artist takes the concept and makes it work for the various formats it will be displayed on like banner ads, billboards, social media posts, brochures, etc.At Inspire, we all strive to be mavericks and visionaries every day. After all, thats how we were foundedTHE IDEAL CANDIDATE:Our ideal candidate hasa keen eye for detail and the technical know-how to get the job done. They need to be proficient in theAdobe Creative Suite, package design, print production process of any scale or format, typography, quality assurance and control, layout, color and photo editing.Production artists must communicate effectively with the designers and other staff to ensure deliverables meet all company guidelines.

• The ideal candidate would be a person who is Creative and experienced in Package Design, Print production art within an FMCG, Product company or agency (external or in-house).
• Collaborates with other members of the Studio to ensure that broader team goals are met
• Proven ability to handle multiple assignments and meet multiple deadlines.
• Aligns with the culture and values of Inspire and ensures that design work reflects them

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Develop Package design and promotional offers for our Brand restaurants
• Collaborate closely with directors, designers, and copywriters
• Apply design concept into various display formats
• Confirm all files match the final output
• Ensure designs follow guidelines outlined by the brand style guide
• Lead, develop, and maintain processes related to the production including templates

EDUCATION QUALIFICATIONS:

• Degree / Diploma from reputed Design Institute/College/University will be preferred.

EXPERIENCE QUALIFICATION:

• 6+ years of experience in the Print / Package design

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS OR ABILITIES:

• Expert-level knowledge of color theory, layout, trends, and best practices from inside and outside the industry
• Experience working on multiple brands concurrently and how to be on brand but also open to sharing and applying best practices from one to another
• Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills through proofing, creativity, and collaboration with teams of diverse backgrounds, skillset, and expertise
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with experience working on projects where the owner/requestor of the work is not a creative
• Strong interpersonal skills and the confidence and ability to advocate for doing the right thing for yourself, the team, the company, the brands, and the work
• Experience in fast-paced environments where large volumes of deliverable output is the norm
• Experience communicating with external vendors and internal shared service partners
