Job Summary:

We are seeking a talented and creative Print Graphic Designer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing high-quality print materials that align with our brand identity and marketing goals. You will collaborate with the marketing and creative teams to produce visually compelling designs for various print formats, including brochures, flyers, packaging, banners, and more.

Key Responsibilities:

- Create and design visually appealing print materials such as brochures, business cards, posters, banners, flyers, catalogs, packaging, and other print collateral.

- Collaborate with the marketing team to understand project requirements, branding guidelines, and target audience.

- Prepare print-ready files with precise specifications for print production.

- Ensure consistency in design across all printed materials, adhering to brand standards.

- Edit and revise existing designs as per client or internal feedback.

- Stay up-to-date with print design trends, techniques, and best practices.

- Coordinate with vendors and printers to ensure high-quality production.

- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, meeting tight deadlines.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field.

- Proven experience as a Print Graphic Designer or similar role.

- Proficiency in design software, including Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop).

- Strong portfolio showcasing previous print design work.

- Excellent attention to detail and a strong sense of layout, typography, and color theory.

- Knowledge of print production processes and specifications.

- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

- Strong communication skills for collaborating with internal teams and clients.

Preferred Skills:

- Experience with packaging design.

- Knowledge of paper types, printing techniques, and finishing processes.

- Basic knowledge of digital design is a plus.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?25,000.00 - ?30,000.00 per month
