We are looking for a highly experienced and qualified individual to join our team as the Principal of our Nursing College. As the Principal-Nursing College, you will be responsible for overseeing the overall administration, curriculum development, and quality of education at our college. This is a full-time position based in Wayanad, Kerala, India.

Qualifications and Skills

• More than 10 years of experience in nursing education, with a minimum of 5 years in a leadership role
• Master\'s or doctoral degree in Nursing or a related field
• Valid nursing license in the relevant jurisdiction
• Strong knowledge of nursing education standards and regulatory requirements
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to make strategic decisions and manage resources effectively
• Proven track record of curriculum development and academic excellence
• Ability to build and maintain effective partnerships with healthcare institutions
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Passion for education and commitment to the growth and development of nursing professionals

• Provide strategic leadership and management to the Nursing College
• Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory bodies and education standards
• Oversee the curriculum development and update it regularly to meet the industry requirements
• Recruit, train, and evaluate faculty members to ensure quality education delivery
• Monitor and evaluate student performance and provide guidance for their academic and professional growth
• Collaborate with healthcare institutions to facilitate practical training opportunities for students
• Maintain effective communication and collaboration with various stakeholders including students, faculty, and staff
• Ensure a safe and conducive environment for teaching and learning
• Stay updated with advancements in nursing education, technology, and healthcare practices
