Responsibilities:
• Oversee and lead all academic programs to ensure high educational standards
• Manage daily school operations and administrative tasks efficiently
• Develop and implement a curriculum aligned with educational goals
• Mentor and support faculty, promoting professional growth and collaboration
• Foster a positive, inclusive, and safe learning environment for students
• Build and maintain strong relationships with students, staff, parents, and the community
• Ensure compliance with educational policies and regulations
• Drive school initiatives for student engagement, achievement, and well-being
Qualifications:
• Master's degree in Education or a related field (preferred)
• Prior experience in school leadership or as a Principal
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to plan strategically and manage resources effectively
• Passionate about student success and educational innovation
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
