Qualifications
• Educational Background:

• B.Ed or M.Ed qualification is essential.
• Additional management certifications (such as a diploma in school administration) are a plus.
• Experience:
• At least 10-15 years of teaching experience, with 5-8 years in a leadership role such as Vice Principal or Principal.
• Prior experience in managing residential or boarding schools is highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities
• Academic Leadership:

• Coordinating with administrative bodies, board members, and local authorities.
